Nonprofits gain manpower and skills that they lack and a surge of capability and an opportunity to grow and advocate for their cause.
Students gain real world experience in managing and working for projects encompassing development, journalism, graphic design and civics. They fill community service requirements and acquire demonstrable concrete accomplishments to show employers and colleges.
